Terms

⌦ You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me.
⌦ You understand and agree that I am a digital artist, and all commissioned works are digital only. No physical items will be shipped.
⌦ As the artist, I retain full rights to all my artwork. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to share the work on my social media platforms, include it in my portfolio, and feature it in artbooks or editorial projects.
⌦ Proper credit must always be given when the artwork is displayed. This includes crediting me as © elChrissenpai and/or providing a direct link to one of my social profiles.
⌦ Minting my artwork as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) is strictly prohibited. This applies to all my artwork—commissioned, existing, or future pieces. Additionally, my artwork may not be used for AI training or machine learning purposes until I state otherwise, whenever that day comes... when nothing matters anymore.
⌦ Full payment is required upfront, via PayPal invoice only, and in USD.
⌦ Revisions are welcome during the sketching phase only. Once the draft is approved, I will proceed to finalization. Any edits requested after the piece is complete will incur additional fees.
⌦ Chargebacks and cancellations are not permitted unless I am personally unable to fulfill your commission. You may request updates or Work-in-Progress (WIP) previews at any time.

Usage

⌦ My artwork is for private use only,
meaning i do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless previously otherwise accorded in writing.
⌦ Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the commissioner.
⌦ I charge an one-time fee of +100% of the total price for any commercial use, and an one-time fee of +200% of the total price for merchandise artwork. Promotional illustrations, stream assets, cover art, or any usage intended to generate revenue.
⌦ Vtubers and streamers may request non-commercial purpose illustrations for personal use only (icons, banners); this does not include reposting of the artwork. If you'd like to be granted exclusivity for reposting the artwork and using it for derivative content such as advertisement and stream schedule or graphics, please inquire about a commercial use illustration.

My stance on AI

TLDR: I'm better than AI, it's barely useful, I respect it, but I hate it.As a professional artist, exploring what AI can do for me, it can only give me a tool for unloading cognitive load in terms of concept exploration and research. There are only a few instances that it gave me something that I could call a reference but everything generated with AI always falls short of what I imagined in my head first.AI might have a place in my workflow. Ideally I'd like to work without it entirely. But AI has been here and by all indications is here to stay so if AI is now permanently affixed in our day-to-day lives why not use it constructively and why not use it to reduce the time that humans spend doing menial tasks thereby optimizing the time we spend being alive and creative instead of using it to bypass the creative process entirely.
If I am using AI to be a creative I am not a true creative.
However if I am using AI to optimize the time I spend on things that get in the way of my creative process I'm still a creative. I hate that I'm using AI at all but I respect its place, however I'll never try to use it to get around creating entirely.

Illustration

This commission type is approximately 2000px, 72DPI. for bigger or other sizing please inquire.Base price for illustrations is 150$ and will be quoted according to details, complexity and resolution size of your order. Complex backgrounds and NSFW will be subject to additonal fees.
Please note that these prices do not include character design and require a clear visual character reference.Turnaround time for illustrations' completion ranges from 1 day to 1 month, depending on complexity.

Design

This commission type is approximately 4000px, 300DPI. for any other sizing please inquire.Character designs start at 500$ and come with commercial usage; revisions and edits are pre-calculated, while design complexity, failure to give a clear description and alternate versions of the final product will require additional fees.
I recommend asking for a quote for your specific case before proceeding to order, as the price largely depends on the usage of the design.
Timing highly depends on how fast communication and revisions happen with the client, ranging from 1 to 3 months.

Manga

This commission type highly depends on how you want to sequence your art (comic, manga, webtoon, socials) so please inquire
